3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
200g cream cheese
1/3 caster sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, stir together the cocoa and baking soda. Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil and boiling water. Mix until well blended and thickened. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and remaining 1/3 cup oil. Finally, add the flour, vanilla and salt; mix just until all of the flour is absorbed. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
In a separare bowl, mix the cream cheese with sugar till light then add the eggs and mix well. Swirl through batter layers with a spatula for a marbled effect. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in the pan. Cut into squares or bars.



500 gm tepung H.P.(high protein flour)

1/8 tsp calcium propinate.(jika suka.. tak ltk pun takpe)

1/2 tsp bread improver

10 gm Instant Dry yeast

50-100 gm gula caster

20 gm susu tepung

5 gm garam (1 tsp)

250 ml air ice (air wap)

60 gm butter


1) campurkan semua bahan kering, gaul rata.

2) masukan air, uli hingga jadi doh.

3) masukan butter, uli hingga licin.

4) apabila licin bagi kebeberapa biji, bulat2kan biarkan 10minit.

5) bentukan, tutup roti dan naikan selama 1 jam.

6) lepas 1 jam, sebelum bakar, renjis atau sray air atas roti.

7) bakar selama 10- 15 min pada suhu 200'C.
