SHEPHERD PIE



Shepherd pie inti black pepper n cheese.

Kentang{rebus sampai btl2 empuk}
sedikit mentega
susu skim milk
1 biji telur
lada putih
garam secukup rasa

Cara
Lenyekkan kentang...masukan mentega...gaul...kemudian masukan susu...gaul rata...lepas tu masukan telur...gaul rata dan masukan garam dan lada putih sedikit.

Inti daging black pepper
daging cincang 200g
1 biji bawang besar{dadu}
2 biji bawang putih(cincang}
1 biji besar tomato{dadu}
sedikit minyak
mixed vege
sos black pepper
sedikit tepung gandum
cheese slice

Cara
Panaskan minyak...masukan bawang putih dan bawang besar...tumis sekejap...masukan daging, masak hingga daging kering sedikit...masukan mixed vege...lepastu masukan black pepper sos...klu kurang rasa blh tambah garam dan lada putih...masukan tomato, gaul sekejap...masukan sedkit tepung gandum untuk mengering intinya...gaul rata...tutup api.

Cara melapis pie
Ambil loyang sapu sikit mentega...masukan separuh kentang tadi...kemudian bubuh inti daging...atur cheese atas daging...tutup dgn kentang separuh lagi...atas kentang sapu telur...blh pipekan cili sos dan mayonis jika suka...bakar.

BLUEBERRY N STRAWBERRY CHEESE TART


CHEESE TART

Dough
250g butter
120g castor sugar
1 'b' egg
100g ground almond
20g nestum
340g plain flour

Method,

1.Cream butter n sugar till light n fluffy.
2.Add the egg, mixed well.
3.Fold in the flour, then add the ground almond n nestum. Do not over mix.
4.Grease tart moulds.
5.Press the dough into the mould n cut the excess dough.
6.Prick the dough with a fork.
7.Bake on the preheated oven at 180'C for 10 to 15 min. Remove and set aside.

Filling.
250g cream cheese
60g castor sugar
20g butter
1 'b' egg

Method
1.Beat cream cheese, butter n sugar till light n fluffy.
2.Add the egg n beat till well mixed.
3.Spoon the the cheese filling into the cooked tart mould and put little bit of strawberry or blueberry in the centre of cheese filling.Then swirl the filling with a toothpick.
4.Bake the cheese tart for 10 to 15 min till well done.
