BLACKBERRY YOGURT CUPCAKES



Blackberry yogurt cake

1 small tub plain yogurt[135g]
120g caster sugar
3 eggs
70g ground almond
140g self raising flour
1/2 cup corn oil
1/2 cup of shredded white cooking chocolate
some frozen blackberry

Method
Pre heat oven to 180'c...grease and line a 20cm round pan with baking paper...mix yogurt, sugar, eggs, in a large bowl...add gound almond and flour...mix well...add oil and mix well...lastly add the shredded white chocolate till well combined...fill 2/3 of batter in the pan...arrange the blackberries on the batter and pour the rest of the remaining batter...bake for 40 to 50 min.
