SUJI BADAM [Kak Intan]

* 1 kg flour
* 400g icing sugar
* 350g almond (finely ground)
* 1 tsp baking powder
* A pinch of salt
* Cooking oil (about 2 1/2 to 3 cups)

* Put all except cooking oil in a bowl. Mix well.
* Add in cooking oil gradually until a dough is formed.
* Roll the dough with the rolling pin.
* Cut dough with cookie cutter of your choice.
* Bake in preheated oven at 150C for about 16 minutes.
