pertama roll adunan dough..sapu inti(butter+soft brown sugar+serbuk kayu manis gaul rata)...klu suka blh ltk mix dried fruits...atau plain je pun blh.
gulung...kat ujung skli...cubit dough betul2...klu tak apabila dia kembang nanti, gulungan terbuka.
potong2...tutup dengan plastik dan naikkan selama 1 jam...atau hingga double size dia...kemudian spray air baru bakar.
apabila masak blhlah di sapu butter atas roti...dan drizzlekan glaze icing(icing sugar+air panas sikit gaul)...klu nak ltk cream cheese frosting pun blh...ni kat bawah resepi cream cheese frosting.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING(ALLRECIPES)
1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
While rolls bake, stir together cream cheese, softened butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and milk. Remove rolls from oven and top with frosting.
